PAY:

UNCAPPED

commission. When you sell a job you'll be paid the same day as the deposit from the customer is received. (paid as you sell) you will not have to wait to be paid. Commission pay will be discussed with the right candidate.

Duties Prospect and generate new business through door-to-door outreach, community events, and networking efforts. Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions. Negotiate contracts and close sales by clearly communicating product benefits and addressing customer questions or concerns. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and customer engagement in targeted territories. Provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through the sales process and ensuring satisfaction post-installation. Lead by example in demonstrating professionalism, enthusiasm, and technical knowledge to inspire team members and new hires. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and effectively. Experience with door-to-door sales strategies and customer service excellence. Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques to attract new clients proactively. Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proactive attitude toward personal growth and team development.
