Job Description

Inside Sales & Business Development Representative (B2B) - RV Aftermarket RecPro RecPro is a leading e-commerce innovator in the RV aftermarket industry. We don't just sell parts; we provide the components that power the adventures of thousands of travelers. We are looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven Inside Sales Representative to bridge the gap between our digital presence and our growing network of professional partners. In this role, you won't just be taking orders. You'll be the engine driving our expansion into the B2B sector—cultivating long-term partnerships with RV dealers, independent service centers, and small-scale OEMs. The Core Mission As an Inside Sales Representative, you will manage a dual-focus pipeline: maintaining our high standard of customer service for inbound inquiries while aggressively hunting and nurturing B2B accounts. You are the face (and voice) of RecPro for the pros who keep the RV industry moving.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Growth:
Identify and recruit new RV dealerships, repair shops, and small OEMs into the RecPro wholesale program. Build relationships with existing vendors to harbor and grow sales.
Account Management:
Act as the dedicated point of contact for B2B partners, ensuring they have the inventory, technical data, and support they need to succeed.
Inbound Excellence:
Handle inquiries via phone and email, converting into sales opportunities.
On-the-Road Brand Ambassadorship:
Represent RecPro at major industry trade shows, consumer rallies, and OEM events. Travel & Presence While this is primarily an "Inside" role based at our office, building real-world relationships is vital.
Travel Requirement:
Minimum 8 weeks per year .
Events:
You will attend national RV rallies, industry trade shows, and visit key partner sites to solidify relationships. Experience 2+ years in sales, preferably within the RV, automotive, or e-commerce industries. Communication Exceptional phone presence and the ability to write professional, persuasive emails. Hustle A "hunter" mentality for finding small OEMs and service centers that haven't discovered us yet. Adaptability You're just as comfortable in a professional office setting as you are talking shop in a booth at a dusty RV rally. Knowledge of the RV aftermarket industry or related sectors is a plus but not mandatory; a keen willingness to learn is essential.
