What You'll Do:

Assist customers in finding the right new or pre-owned vehicle Build relationships and create an outstanding buying experience Follow up with internet leads, phone leads, and showroom traffic Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and technology Complete test drives and help guide customers through the sales process Work as part of a high-energy team focused on results and customer satisfaction Maintain product knowledge on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles

What We're Looking For:

Sales experience preferred, but not required Automotive sales experience is a plus Strong communication skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset Professional appearance and demeanor Valid driver's license and clean driving record
