Job Description

Company Description E&H Tubing is a growing, family-owned steel tube mill focused on building a high-performance commercial team and expanding market share across the Midwest and beyond. We produce mechanical and high carbon ERW steel tubing in round, square, and rectangular shapes with value-added capabilities including custom cut lengths, deburring, swaging, notching, coping, de-dimpling, and other fabrication support services. We are looking for a sales professional who understands the tube and steel business, knows how to build long-term relationships, and wants to play a meaningful role in the continued growth of a successful company. Role Description We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative for our Brownstown, Indiana location.
Responsibilities include:
  • Developing new business opportunities
  • Managing and growing existing accounts
  • Building relationships with OEMs, fabricators, distributors, and manufacturers
  • Driving revenue growth and margin expansion
  • Working closely with operations and outside sales to execute at a high level
  • Managing forecasts, opportunities, pricing, and customer communication professionally
  • Quote orders or potential orders, as needed.
  • Evaluate orders from vendors and negotiate pricing.
  • Communicate and follow-up with suppliers, as needed, to review, confirm and/or change orders.
  • Create and/or assist in the creation of steel purchase orders.
  • Schedule steel processing slitting purchase orders from master coils
  • Review supplier invoices and resolve discrepancies. This role is built for someone who is self-motivated, accountable, competitive, and driven by performance and income potential. Qualifications
  • Experience in steel, tubing, metals, or industrial manufacturing sales
  • Knowledge of ERW tube, galvanized products, or mechanical tube preferred.
  • Strong prospecting and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with purchasing, operations, and executive leadership.
  • Comfortable managing pricing, margins, and customer negotiations
  • Organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compensation & Benefits

Pay:
$49,503.17 - $53,616.73 per year
