Residential Roofing Sales Representative Robert Stevens Roofing is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who enjoys meeting homeowners, building trust, and helping customers make informed decisions about their roofing needs. Unlike many roofing sales positions, no door knocking is required. Leads are generated through our marketing efforts, referrals, and company reputation built over nearly 30 years in Central Indiana. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and discuss roofing solutions Build strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process Prepare and present roofing proposals Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline Work closely with our production team to ensure a positive customer experience Generate referrals through exceptional customer service What We're Looking For Roofing, construction, home improvement, or related sales experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude Ability to work independently and manage your schedule Professional appearance and demeanor Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits Commission-based earning potential with uncapped income Qualified leads provided Flexible schedule Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow with an established local company If you're driven, personable, and enjoy helping homeowners while building long-term relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
