Momentus Acquisitions is an authorized AT&T partner and we're hiring an entry-level Sales Development Representative to rep AT&T business wireless and internet solutions to small and mid-sized businesses in the Carmel, IN area. You'll be in the field every day — meeting with local business owners face-to-face, building relationships, and closing deals. No experience required. Full paid training from day one. What You'll Do Meet with local business owners face-to-face in your assigned Carmel territory every day Present AT&T business wireless and internet solutions in a clear, consultative way Build and manage a pipeline of prospects and active accounts Hit weekly sales targets and track your daily activity Grow into leadership — we promote based on performance, not seniority What We're Looking For Confident, personable communicator who's comfortable talking to strangers Self-motivated and goal-driven — you own your results Coachable and hungry to learn and grow Reliable transportation required for daily field travel High school diploma or equivalent required Must be legally authorized to work in the United States No prior sales experience needed — we train you completely The Money — Straight Up Commission-only, paid every week — no hourly base pay Average yearly earnings: $68,000-$90,000 based on performance Performance bonuses for top performers Full paid training from day one Commission-only W2 position. $68,000-$90,000 reflects average yearly earnings — individual results vary based on sales performance.
