What You'll Do Meet with homeowners to assess heating, cooling, and plumbing needs Present customized comfort solutions that improve efficiency, comfort, and home performance Deliver high‑impact, consultative sales presentations that build value Build trust through honesty, integrity, and expert guidance Prepare accurate proposals and secure signed agreements Manage your pipeline and follow up to close opportunities Conduct or learn heat load/loss calculations to properly size systems Work flexible hours — evenings and occasional weekends — to meet customer demand This is a role for someone who loves the thrill of the close and the satisfaction of helping homeowners make smart decisions.
