Diamond Peak Homes is seeking a motivated and customer-focused New Home Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting prospective buyers through the home purchasing process while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Greet and assist prospective homebuyers Conduct model home and community tours Follow up on leads and generate new sales opportunities Explain floor plans, pricing, and available options Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems Coordinate with construction, lenders, and closing teams Meet monthly sales goals and provide excellent customer service Experience/Requirements Experience in real estate, homebuilding, or a sales-driven organization Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in managing CRM; Sales Force, Follow Up Boss, or equivalent Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Attend weekly meetings as needed Benefits Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance Vacation, Sick, and Personal time Paid Holidays (9 per year) Paid holiday company shut down Salary + commission-based role
