Inside Sales Representative:
Inside Sales Representative (ISR) supports the Egg business within the Consumer Products Division by driving revenue growth and strengthening customer relationships across targeted accounts. This role is responsible for managing customer accounts, supporting key account initiatives, generating new business opportunities, and serving as a primary internal liaison between customers and cross-functional teams. The ISR will develop a strong understanding of Fiber's molded fiber packaging solutions—including egg cartons, trays, and specialty protective packaging—as well as our FFS rPET and foam polystyrene product offerings. This individual will build deep knowledge of customer applications and market positioning, leveraging product expertise and market insights to deliver value-added solutions, differentiating our offerings, and support the division's growth and profitability objectives. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers by managing inquiries, providing product information, pricing, and technical support, and ensuring activity is tracked within CRM (Salesforce). Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Marketing to ensure seamless customer support and issue resolution. Address customer concerns and service issues in a timely and professional manner, maintaining strong long-term relationships. Support pricing strategy execution, including customer communications, price increases, quarterly index adjustments, and margin management aligned with EBITDA goals. Maintain accurate customer data, pricing records (including Top 10 customer pricing by material), and contract documentation in centralized systems. Support sales operations through forecasting, pipeline reporting, Salesforce updates, and distribution of monthly volume and shipment reports to key customers. Monitor competitive activity, retail trends, and market conditions through analysis and frequent retail/store visits to inform strategy and positioning. Coordinate artwork approvals and compliance requirements, including collaboration with Keystone Graphics and adherence to state-specific specifications. Maintain product documentation, including carton specification sheets by material and equipment run settings (MOBA and Sanovo). Partner with Quality and Operations to manage product samples and maintain the packaging sample repository in Decatur. Participate in production floor shadowing to build product knowledge and operational understanding. Support key customer and strategic initiatives, including Walmart conversion tracking by distribution center and supplier alignment. Assist Customer Service with project-based needs (e.g., order entry processes, system improvements, and cross-functional initiatives). Support customer presentations, virtual meetings, trade shows, and industry events to strengthen relationships and expand market presence. Contribute customer insights to product development and continuous improvement efforts.
