Job Description
Conduct on-site evaluations to assess insulation requirements for residential and commercial properties. Provide detailed and transparent estimates, clearly explaining the benefits of our insulation products and services. Collaborate with clients to understand their energy efficiency goals and customize insulation solutions accordingly. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach to expand the customer base. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging insulation technologies, and competitor offerings. Work closely with the installation team to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction throughout the process. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities. Previous experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read blueprints Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Knowledge of insulation and fireproofing is highly desirable. Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
