We are seeking a high-performing sales hunter to proactively chase new opportunities, build a strong pipeline, and turn cold leads into loyal, long-term partners. We operate a full-cycle sales model. On our lean team, you maintain total ownership of your clients' projects from the initial introduction through execution. You will personally manage the relationship, scope project details, write accurate estimates, and ensure invoicing is handled seamlessly within our system. This comprehensive approach ensures our clients always receive the highest level of responsiveness, accuracy, and care. This role requires a unique blend of competitive drive and meticulous digital organization. You are an ideal fit if you move comfortably between face-to-face client meetings and cloud-based CRM software, leveraging technology to stay efficient and keep promises to your customers. What You'll Do (The Full Cycle) 1. New Business Development Own the entire outbound sales process—from cold outreach to closing deals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across a wide variety of local industries. Build a pipeline through proactive networking, referrals, calls, emails, and in-person visits. Consult with clients to develop custom sign and graphics solutions that solve their branding challenges. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. 2. Full-Cycle Account Management Operate our cloud-based CRM/POS software daily with speed and accuracy. Write clear estimates and convert them into clean work orders. Collect deposits, process payments, and manage client invoicing. Manage your own schedule, pipeline communication, and digital calendar. 3. Team Collaboration & Growth Partner daily with our exceptionally sharp design and production departments to bring your clients' custom concepts to life. Participate in weekly team sales meetings and collaborative coaching sessions to sharpen your skills and share pipeline strategies. Engage in ongoing company-wide training to stay ahead of industry trends, new materials, and software optimizations. Contribute actively to our team goals, celebrating group wins just as much as your individual success.
What You Bring A Hunter Mentality:

Digital Fluency:
You are highly proficient with cloud-based CRM/POS systems, email software, and digital calendars under fast-paced conditions.

Professional Communication:

Experience:
