Position Overview:
As an Inside Sales Professional, you'll be at the forefront, driving our Inside Sales Team towards unparalleled success. Your primary role will involve generating high-quality leads daily for our outside sales team. Here, success is rewarded! Key Responsibilities:
Lead by example, setting a benchmark in personal lead generation to motivate and inspire the team. Make calls to convert data into valuable appointments. Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages peak performance. Utilize monitoring systems to evaluate and enhance personal and team performance.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of Inside Sales experience Energetic, enthusiastic, and a positive can-do attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities
