Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences Conduct thorough automotive diagnostics to identify vehicle features and repair requirements Negotiate sales terms effectively, ensuring a win-win outcome for both customer and dealership Manage inventory control by tracking vehicle stock levels using dealership management systems (CMMS) and POS tools Provide detailed explanations of vehicle features, maintenance options, and automotive service plans Assist with marketing efforts by promoting special offers and new arrivals to boost retail sales Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, order fulfillment, and processing payments accurately Maintain organized records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory movements using Microsoft Excel or similar tools Support vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate with service departments for repairs or inspections Deliver excellent customer service through clear communication, phone etiquette, and personalized assistance Experience Proven dealership experience or retail sales background within the automotive industry preferred Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repair procedures, and vehicle maintenance practices Experience with inventory management systems (CMMS), POS systems, and retail math calculations Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus to serve diverse customer bases effectively Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate confidently and build rapport with customers Familiarity with automotive service processes, parts ordering, stocking procedures, and order fulfillment Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for record keeping and reporting purposes Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for automobiles meets your talent for sales!
