Responsibilities:

Guide customers through the car-buying process with clarity and confidence, ensuring a seamless experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor in automotive purchases. Stay informed about the latest automotive trends and market conditions to provide expert advice. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand each customer's unique requirements and preferences. Facilitate test drives and vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits tailored to customer interests. Assist customers in navigating financing options, ensuring they understand all available choices and terms clearly and accurately.

Qualifications:

Experience in customer service or sales, preferably within the automotive industry. (NOT

) Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized car-buying experience.
