Responsibilities:

Guide customers through the car-buying process with clarity and confidence, ensuring a seamless experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor in automotive purchases. Stay informed about the latest automotive trends and market conditions to provide expert advice. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand each customer's unique requirements and preferences. Facilitate test drives and vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits tailored to customer interests. Assist customers in navigating financing options, ensuring they understand all available choices and terms clearly and accurately.

Qualifications:

Experience in customer service or sales, preferably within the automotive industry. (NOT

). Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized car-buying experience. Proven track record of staying informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide expert advice. Strong communication skills to clearly explain financing options and vehicle features to customers. Ability to conduct thorough needs assessments to understand and meet customer preferences. Experience in collaborating with sales teams to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction. Comfortable facilitating test drives and vehicle demonstrations, tailoring presentations to customer interests.
