Open Positions:

Full-Time - Wash Sales Advisor As a Wash Advisor , you'll be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them understand the benefits of our services without the pressure of making sales. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, guiding vehicles onto the wash conveyor, and educating customers about available services, including our exclusive VIP program. You will maintain relationships with returning customers and welcome new ones, ensuring they leave with a smile and a well-cleaned vehicle. You are the face of our company and are expected to deliver a top-notch customer experience. You'll use your communication skills to inform customers of their vehicle's needs and the benefits of our services, while working with your teammates to hit company performance targets. As part of your daily duties, you'll inspect vehicles to ensure they meet our wash requirements, guide them onto our conveyor, and report any issues to management. You will also help maintain the cleanliness of the property and equipment.

Key Traits:

Positive, detail-oriented, enjoys customer interaction, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

At least one year of customer service experience. Positive attitude and excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Capable of standing for extended periods and working in a physically active role. Basic computer knowledge for logging information into digital systems.
