In this dynamic role, you will actively seek out new sales opportunities, build strong relationships with customers, and promote our business. This is a field-based role designed for a "hunter" mentality, spending the majority of the time out of the office, cold calling, visiting job sites, and meeting with potential customers to build long-term relationships. The ideal candidate thrives on independence, manages their own schedule, and is comfortable with in-person negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate Leads & Cold Call:
Actively seek new business opportunities through in-person cold calling, networking, and canvassing a designated territory.
Site Inspections & Estimation:
Visit job sites to take measurements, take photos, and prepare detailed, accurate project proposals. Work closely with sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Qualifications:
Experience in commercial estimating, sales, or business development a plus. Knowledge of construction or relevant industry practices, codes, and standards. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
