We're expanding our team and looking for motivated Field Canvassers who want to grow, stay active, and earn based on performance. What You'll Be Doing This is a field-based canvassing role , not a sit-down office job. Your main responsibility is to generate leads and set appointments for our sales team. Canvass neighborhoods and speak with homeowners Set appointments for free home improvement consultations Provide a brief overview of our products and services Work independently and manage your daily activity Track and follow up on leads What Makes This Role Different You'll often work with warm leads —homeowners who have recently shown interest You'll be given specific territories and addresses You are not responsible for closing sales —your focus is setting appointments What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and self-motivation Comfortable talking to new people daily Positive, outgoing personality Reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors and walk for extended periods Willingness to learn and stay consistent No experience required— we provide training The Reality of the Role This position requires persistence and consistency .
