You'll own a dedicated sales territory, meet with local business owners face-to-face, and represent AT&T's business wireless and internet solutions every single day. No cubicle. No cold calls. What You're Actually Doing You'll be out in the field every day — walking into local businesses, introducing yourself, and helping owners find the right AT&T solutions for their team. Simple as that. Here's the breakdown: Owning your own territory in the Greenwood and Indianapolis area — your accounts, your relationships, your income Walking into local businesses and having real face-to-face conversations with owners and decision-makers Figuring out what each business actually needs and presenting the right AT&T wireless and internet solution for them Delivering confident, clear sales presentations that close deals and build lasting client relationships Building a book of business that grows week over week — the more you put in, the more you get out Tracking your pipeline and activity daily and reporting results to your team lead Leveling up constantly — product knowledge, sales skills, territory strategy — we coach you every step What You're Selling AT&T business products — specifically: Business wireless plans and mobile solutions for business teams Business internet and broadband connectivity Bundled AT&T business telecommunications packages Full paid training on every product from day one. Zero prior telecom experience needed. You're the Right Person If You Are... Someone who genuinely likes talking to people and can walk into a room with confidence Self-motivated — you don't need someone standing over you to get things done Coachable and hungry to grow — you take feedback and run with it Organized enough to manage a territory and track your own pipeline In possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation — you're in the field daily Legally authorized to work in the United States 18 or older and ready to go Prior sales experience is a plus — but if you've got the right energy and attitude we will teach you everything else. The Money — Real Talk This is a commission-only, full-time W2 position. No hourly base pay. Commission-only, paid every single week Average weekly earnings: $900-$1,200 based on your territory performance Performance bonuses on top for top performers Full paid training — you're learning and earning from day one Real talk on pay: $900-$1,200 reflects average weekly performance.
