Automotive Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
- Serve as the dealership's representative in all activities connected with the sales of new and used vehicles and related products and services
- Ensure an extraordinary client experience while building relationships and contributing to dealership sales targets
- Follow up with prospective customers and return calls, texts, and emails promptly
- Make outbound phone calls, texts, and follow up on internet leads to meet activity goals set by management
- Assist in ensuring manufacturer/supplier programs, warranties, and related requirements are followed and that required records are maintained
