In this role, you'll help manufacturers improve productivity and quality through advanced robotic welding solutions while partnering with customers, sales, engineering, and manufacturer reps to deliver smart, effective results. If you enjoy combining hands-on welding knowledge with problem-solving and emerging automation technology, this is an opportunity to play a key role in a growing industrial automation environment. Why This Opportunity Stands Out Work at the intersection of welding, robotics, and advanced manufacturing Become the go-to technical expert supporting both customers and the sales team Collaborate directly with engineering, sales, and industry partners Play a visible role in helping customers modernize and improve production Gain exposure to cutting-edge robotic welding applications and automation systems Enjoy a role that blends technical expertise, customer engagement, and problem-solving Limited travel with opportunities to attend major industry trade shows What You'll Be Doing Support customers and internal teams with technical guidance related to robotic welding Partner with inside/outside sales teams, engineering, and manufacturing to develop solutions Assist with quoting, proposal reviews, and technical sales documentation Support the sales process by ensuring customer expectations are met and fulfilled Conduct virtual product demos and technical presentations Technical liaison between Engineering/Sales for product clarification and application support Maintain deep knowledge of robotic welding technologies, applications, and product capabilities Participate in customer meetings, technical sales activities, and occasional trade shows What Makes You a Strong Fit Hands-on welding experience is required, and robotics is a plus Experience with robotics or industrial automation is highly preferred Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, and detail-oriented with documentation Comfortable supporting customer-facing technical discussions and demonstrations Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across sales, engineering, and operations teams By applying for this job, you agree that we can text you (standard rates apply).
