  • Full-time 1-800 Radiator & AC is looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help grow demand for our Indianapolis territory .
This role is perfect for someone who thrives outside the office, enjoys building long-term relationships, and wants to be part of a fast-growing, family-owned business with real opportunity for advancement! What You'll Do Build and maintain relationships with auto repair shops and commercial customers Present and sell company products and services to new and existing accounts Prospect and develop new business within assigned territory Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally Schedule follow-ups to keep customers informed on products, pricing, and promotions Create and deliver sales materials to support growth What We're Looking For Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field Comfortable using CRM platforms Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confident negotiator with a results-driven mindset Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused Preferred / Desired Skills Experience meeting or exceeding sales goals Outside, retail, or B2B sales experience Spanish bilingual is a plus
