Our tech-driven process means you spend more time selling and less time fighting paperwork. About This Role You'll receive warm leads from day one — no starting from zero. You'll conduct roof and siding inspections for homeowners dealing with storm damage or planning exterior upgrades, then guide them through our proven sales process. Day-to-day includes following up on inbound leads, running in-home presentations, meeting with insurance adjusters, and generating additional pipeline through strategic outreach. This isn't your typical door-to-door grind. Our system works, our training is world-class, and high performers are rewarded with leadership advancement, team events, and performance incentives. What We're Looking For 1+ year of experience in any sales capacity Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Natural trust-builder with polished communication skills Competitive drive balanced with coachability Detail-oriented approach to inspections, documentation, and paperwork Resilience to handle rejection and stay driven during slower periods
Preferred:
