We're a dynamic roofing contractor committed to exceptional customer service and sales growth. Your role involves driving profitable sales and overseeing installations. You'll generate leads, conduct home inspections, close deals, and ensure smooth process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads through door-to-door sales, networking, cold calling, and other methods. Schedule inspections, conduct property inspections and document damage. Cultivate relationships with existing clients for repeat business. Deliver sales presentations and demos to potential clients. Collaborate with the sales team to meet goals. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions. Prepare sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of direct sales or contracting experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Suite and Google Suite. Comfort with heights and climbing ladders Driver's license required and own car Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping people.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Vision adequate for reading and computer work Capable of climbing ladders and working at heights
