We're expanding our commercial route division and looking for HUNGRY, coachable people who want to learn outside sales — even if you've never done it before. If you've worked in restaurants, retail, construction, or any job where you talked to people all day — you can do this. We'll teach you everything else. The Opportunity You'll be in the field every day, walking into restaurants, salons, retail stores, medical offices, condo and apartment lobbies, wholesale operations, and small businesses across the Louisville metro.
Your job is simple:
introduce them to our window cleaning service, give them an honest price on the spot, and close the deal. We sign 6-month service agreements with monthly, bi-weekly, and weekly cleaning routes. This is 100% face-to-face outside sales. No phone outbound. No cold calling. Just you, your territory, and a minimum of 50 storefronts to walk every day. There are over 10,000 brick-and-mortar businesses in this market and most don't have a regular window cleaner. The work is there. We just need someone to go get it. What We Offer Weekly base pay of $200/week ($800/month) — you get paid every other Friday Commission on every closed account based on service frequency: ○ Monthly accounts: 100% $100 stop you will make $100 ○ Bi-weekly accounts: 125% $100 stop you will make $125 ○ Weekly accounts: 150% $100 stop you will make $150 Paid weekly after each cleaning is completed and customer pays W-2 employee status — taxes withheld, real employment, not 1099 contractor Hands-on training from our top producer who averages $250+/day in sales — he'll ride with you for training Defined territory — no fighting other reps for the same accounts 1 week paid vacation after one year of employment Real path to leadership — our top performers move into team lead and sales manager roles as we grow. We need future leaders, not just sales reps. Monday through Friday only — weekends are yours, no nights, no holidays Who We're Looking For You don't need sales experience. You don't need a college degree. What you DO need is the right attitude: You're not afraid to knock on a door and start a conversation You can take a 'no' and keep moving without taking it personally You have a reliable vehicle and a clean driver's license You're competitive — you actually like winning You show up on time and do what you say you're going to do You're hungry for income, not just looking for a paycheck You're physically capable of walking 4-8 miles per day and hitting 50+ storefronts daily You can pass a background check If you've worked in restaurants (talking to tables), retail (talking to customers), construction (working hard outdoors), or any service job — you have transferable skills. We've trained complete beginners into solid producers. The Schedule This is a structured field sales role with set working hours. Here's what to expect every day: 9:00 AM start — meet at the office in Jeffersonville, plan your route, pick up materials 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM — in the field walking your territory, minimum 50 storefronts per day, talking to decision makers, quoting prices, closing deals 4:30 - 5:00 PM — submit daily report, follow up on warm leads, prep for tomorrow Monday through Friday — this is NOT a flexible schedule. You must be on the road by 9 AM and working until at least 5 PM. If you need a flexible schedule or set-your-own-hours role, this isn't for you. We're successful because we show up every day and put in the work consistently. The reps who don't follow the schedule don't last. Top reps focus on closing weekly and bi-weekly accounts where commission is highest. Sell more frequent service = make more money. We'll teach you exactly how. About Window Cleaning Louisville We've been cleaning windows, gutters, roofs, and pressure-washing in the Louisville/Southern Indiana market since May 2019. We service both residential and commercial customers with a strong reputation for quality work, professional crews, and reliable service. Our office is in Jeffersonville, Indiana, and we serve the entire Louisville metropolitan area — from downtown Louisville to St. Matthews to the Highlands to Middletown, plus Jeffersonville, New Albany, and Clarksville on the Indiana side. We're a growing company expanding our commercial division. The reps who come in during this expansion are the ones who'll move into team lead and management roles as we scale.
