We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team! In this role, you will be the face of our store, engaging with customers to understand their needs and guiding them through the car buying process. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help create a welcoming environment where customers feel valued and inspired to make informed purchasing decisions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills, showcase product knowledge, and contribute to a thriving retail atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various vehicles Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales Maintain excellent phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and participating in stock replenishment activities Qualifications Previous experience NOT required Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with diverse customers Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a broader customer base Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills essential for building rapport with clients Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations
