Service Representative - Internal Sales (B2B Manufacturing) Lawrence, IN | Onsite | Immediate Interviews Why This Role is for You If you enjoy building relationships, managing accounts, and driving sales from the inside , this role gives you the opportunity to work closely with customers while supporting a manufacturing-driven business . You'll be a key player in both service and sales. What You'll Be Doing Handle inbound sales requests, quotes, and order processing Provide pricing, product availability, and lead times Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts Work closely with production and shipping teams Manage order lifecycle from quote through fulfillment Maintain CRM records and generate Excel reports Deliver a high-quality customer and sales experience What We're Looking For 2+ years of inside sales or customer-facing sales experience

REQUIRED

Manufacturing, industrial, or B2B product environment preferred Experience managing accounts and driving revenue Comfortable working with pricing, margins, and product recommendations CRM (Salesforce preferred) + Excel reporting Strong communication, organization, and follow-through Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment What You'll Get $23-$25/hour + full benefits
