MANUFACTURING PLANT IS LOOKING FOR A REMOTE SALES REP OUT OF THE MEAT MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY. IF YOU HAVE PET FOOD EXPERIENCE ITS A BONUS. LOOKING FOR SOMEONE IN INDIANA OR NEIGHBORING STATE MUST BE OPEN TO TRAVEL TO MANUFACTURING PLANT EVERY 2 WEEKS AS WELL IN LOGANSPORT IN SALARY IS FROM
$90K-$110K Commercial Account Representative - Job Summary The Commercial Account Representative is responsible for managing key customer relationships, supporting sales growth, and ensuring seamless coordination between customers and internal teams. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, delivering high-quality service while supporting long-term business objectives. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison for assigned commercial customers, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution Support sales activities including contract preparation, order processing, and pricing verification Maintain accurate customer records including orders, pricing agreements, and service history Coordinate with internal teams (Quality Assurance, Procurement, Billing, Transportation) to meet customer and product requirements Identify and escalate growth opportunities within existing accounts Track and report customer feedback, complaints, and market trends for continuous improvement Participate in customer visits, trade shows, and business development activities as assigned Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality standards, and organizational values Maintain professional knowledge through training, networking, and industry engagement Follow attendance policies and workplace guidelines Marginal Duties Support market intelligence gathering and reporting Participate in required training programs Maintain organized and safe work areas Other duties as assigned Required Skills & Qualifications Strong relationship-building skills across diverse teams and cultures Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and align decisions with company values Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), CRM systems, and Power BI Understanding of food production, quality systems, and commodity/transportation markets preferred Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Experience & Education Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and 2-4 years of relevant experience Sales, account management, or food/meat processing industry experience preferred Valid driver's license required #IND2
