Compensation:
$40,000 base + uncapped commission
On-Target Earnings:
$100,000+ About the Role We're looking for a true closer —someone who thrives in face-to-face sales and knows how to turn opportunity into revenue. As an In-Home Sales Closer , you'll meet with homeowners and business owners through pre-set, qualified appointments .
Your job is simple:
build trust, deliver a compelling solution, and close the deal on the spot. This is not a cold-calling role. You'll be walking into warm opportunities with high intent—your success is driven by your ability to connect, present, and confidently ask for the sale. What You'll Do Run 3-5 pre-qualified appointments per day in customers' homes or businesses Conduct in-person consultations and assess customer needs Present concrete coating solutions and pricing clearly and confidently Close deals on-site and secure signed agreements Overcome objections and guide customers to confident buying decisions Maintain accurate notes and pipeline updates in CRM Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless project execution Deliver a premium customer experience from consultation to close
What We're Looking For Required:
Proven track record of closing deals in a one-call-close or in-home sales environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build trust quickly and read the room Confidence asking for the sale and handling objections Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mindset
Preferred:
Experience in home improvement, construction, roofing, flooring, or coatings Experience with high-ticket sales ($3K-$15K+ deals) Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking Core Traits of Top Performers Natural closer mentality ("always be closing," but done professionally) High energy and strong presence in the home Coachable but confident Resilient and driven by earnings potential Strong time management and territory organization Compensation & Earnings Potential Base salary: $40,000 Uncapped commission structure On-target earnings: $100,000+ Top performers in similar in-home sales roles often exceed OTE significantly due to uncapped commission structures and high average ticket sizes Roles with pre-set appointments and high-ticket home services are among the most lucrative in outside sales because they eliminate prospecting time and allow reps to focus purely on closing.
