We are looking for a Comfort Consultant who shares our commitment to customer satisfaction and views this opportunity not just as a job but as a long-term career. Our Comfort Consultants play a key role in delivering a 5-star customer experience by actively listening to our customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the ideal solutions tailored to their home and lifestyle. Responsibilities Build strong relationships with customers to recommend the best HVAC solutions for their needs Develop and maintain key client connections to drive sales and close deals Prepare clear, accurate, and detailed sales proposals to ensure a smooth handoff to the installation team Empower customers to make informed decisions by providing transparent and comprehensive product and pricing information Promote Earl's Heating and Air Conditioning by delivering exceptional service that inspires customer referrals Become a local market expert by understanding the unique needs and preferences of customers in your market area Pay and benefits
Pay:
Potential earnings: Up to $200,000/annually

Requirements:
2-3 years' experience in Residential HVAC Installs or In Home Services Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Possess a collaborative and customer-service-focused work style. Must be able to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more, on an occasional basis, in compliance with OSHA manual handling guidelines. Regularly required to perform physically demanding tasks, including working in confined spaces, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and bending. Must be able to climb stairs, access attics, and enter crawl spaces to perform job duties as required. Frequent exposure to extreme temperatures (both hot and cold), while working indoors and outdoors. Everyone is required to submit a pre-employment background check prior to start date.
