Full-time Job Summary:
The Managed Print Services (MPS) Specialist helps grow Adams Remco's Managed Print business by supporting sales efforts, identifying opportunities, and helping customers improve how they manage printing. This role works closely with Outside Sales and Client Services to assess print environments, recommend solutions, and support the sale and rollout of MPS agreements. This is a full-time, on-site role and is hands-on within the sales organization. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
  • Identify new Managed Print Services opportunities in existing and prospective accounts
  • Support the sales team in developing and closing MPS agreements
  • Conduct print assessments to understand usage, costs, and improvement opportunities
  • Help create proposals, pricing, and cost-per-page agreements
  • Assist with transitioning customers into long-term managed print programs Sales Team & Client Support
  • Partner with Outside Sales on customer meetings, discovery, and presentations
  • Serve as the Managed Print subject-matter expert during sales conversations
  • Support sales reps in explaining and positioning MPS solutions
  • Collaborate with Client Services to ensure accurate solutions and smooth implementation
  • Assist with renewals, expansions, and ongoing account growth Customer Solutions
  • Recommend print solutions tailored to each customer's needs and goals
  • Help customers reduce costs, improve efficiency, and simplify print management
  • Support onboarding, fleet optimization, and device lifecycle planning Qualifications Required
  • Experience in sales, preferably consultative or solution-based
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable working directly with customers and supporting sales calls
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint) Preferred
  • Experience with Managed Print Services, printers, copiers, or office technology
  • Familiarity with print assessments and cost-per-page programs
  • Experience in B2B sales or a service-focused sales environment
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
  • 2+ years of inside or outside sales experience
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree What Success Looks Like
