PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday delivery days; early morning shift Operation of step-van Accurate completion of paperwork Timely and accurate delivery to all route customers Manage and maintain the sales and service of customers within established route Work with customers on forecasting and planning any upcoming events, holidays, etc. Follow all Company safety policies and procedures
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist other departments as needed. Other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently Ability to enter/exit vehicle
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Education :
High school diploma or GED required
Experience :
Valid chauffeur's license Six (6) months route delivery experience preferred Previous sales experience preferred Clean driver history About us: Alpha Baking Company, Inc., a national distributor of breads, rolls and buns, as well as sweet goods, was founded in 1979.
