As a Sales Representative, you will work directly with customers to identify their needs, present customized telecommunications solutions, and ensure a high-quality experience aligned with AT&T brand standards and customer engagement best practices. Sales Representative:
Engage with prospective clients and support the Sales Representative team in driving customer engagement through outreach efforts and lead generation activities. Deliver product presentations and demonstrations as a Sales Representative, ensuring strong customer engagement through clear communication of features and benefits. Focus on understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions while maintaining consistent customer engagement throughout the sales process. Collaborate with leadership and other Sales Representative team members to strengthen customer engagement strategies and improve performance outcomes. Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client information while supporting ongoing customer engagement tracking and reporting. Negotiate pricing and service terms as part of your Sales Representative responsibilities while maintaining a high level of customer engagement and professionalism. Enhance overall customer experience by resolving inquiries promptly and ensuring strong post-sale customer engagement and satisfaction. Qualifications for an
Sales Representative:
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage clearly and confidently with customers and team members. Self-motivated, goal-driven attitude with a strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed in a customer engagement-focused environment. Ability to work effectively in both team-based and independent settings while contributing to shared objectives and customer engagement goals. No prior experience required, as full training and development will be provided for the right Sales Representative candidates.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
