$30,160/year + commission Commercial Sales Representative Responsibilities Manage the full sales cycle for commercial roofing clients—from lead to close Attend scheduled appointments and pursue self-generated opportunities Educate property managers, owners, and facility directors about roofing solutions Build and maintain relationships with key commercial accounts Collaborate with inspectors and commercial sales manager to ensure seamless execution Accurately track activity and pipeline in our CRM Represent the Cox Roofing brand with professionalism and integrity Commercial Sales Representative Requirements Commercial or B2B sales experience (roofing, construction, or related industries preferred) Proven ability to close large deals and manage a complex sales process Confident communicator with excellent follow-up and negotiation skills Tech-savvy and organized—comfortable using mobile apps and CRM tools Strong understanding of customer service and solution-based selling Self-motivated and goal-driven—you don't wait to be told what to do Let's Talk About Your Future Think you've got what it takes to succeed in commercial sales?
