The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective outside sales strategies, account management, and business development initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients while promoting our products and services. Duties Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking. Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention while upselling additional products or services. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients. Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze performance metrics. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and technology advancements relevant to our products. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or direct sales environments. Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. Familiarity with CRM software and territory management tools for effective tracking of leads and sales activities. Technical sales experience is a plus, particularly in technology-related products or services. Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends and identifying growth opportunities. Ability to conduct engaging product demos that effectively communicate value propositions. Proficient in lead generation techniques and strategies for expanding market reach. Exceptional communication skills combined with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
