Position Overview:

As an RV Salesperson is responsible for selling RV's to customers. You will assist potential buyers in selecting the right RV based on their needs.

Responsibilities:

Regularly interact with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products and services for them Effectively utilize our CRM and DMS system to improve the customer experience Participate in training and seek opportunities to improve operations Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort

Requirements:

Impeccable interpersonal and customer service skills, even in high-stress situations Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work independently, while contributing to team-wide efforts 1-3 years' sales experience, ideally within our industry Ability to work in a team environment and help other team members Strong negotiation and time management skills Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
