Job Description

About Jyga Technologies Jyga Technologies is a fast-growing company specializing in smart feeding solutions for the agricultural industry. We are expanding our North American commercial team and looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to support our sales operations. Your Impact and day-to-day In this role, you will play a central part in supporting our commercial team by ensuring smooth coordination of sales activities, maintaining high-quality data in our systems, and helping drive overall sales efficiency. You will work closely with the North America Commercial Director and sales representatives to support pipeline visibility, internal coordination, and commercial execution.
  • Support daily sales operations and internal coordination
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy and pipeline structure
  • Assist with quotes, proposals, and sales documentation
  • Coordinate communication between sales, operations, and production
  • Contribute to event coordination (trade shows, meetings, etc.)
  • Act as a resource for CRM usage and best practices What We're Looking For
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Proactive, solution-oriented and teamwork mindset
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience with CRM systems (asset)
  • Background in business, operations, or related field Compensation & Benefits
