Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. Provide accurate information regarding product features, pricing, promotions, and company offerings. Assist customers throughout the purchasing process and help close sales opportunities. Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty. Address customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally and effectively. Sales & Administration Process sales transactions, orders, applications, and customer sign-ups accurately. Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation. Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and ongoing service needs. Track customer interactions and sales activities using company systems. Assist with preparing sales reports and updating customer information. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales standards. Customer Relationship Management Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services based on customer needs. Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and current promotions. Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships. Gather customer feedback and share insights with management to improve service and sales performance. Team Collaboration Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve sales goals and business objectives. Participate in training sessions, sales meetings, and coaching programs. Share successful sales strategies, customer feedback, and market insights with the team. Support colleagues during busy periods and contribute to a positive team environment.
