Job Description
Job Overview Are you outgoing, motivated, and comfortable talking to homeowners? We're looking for energetic Lead Generation Representatives to help grow our painting business by identifying potential customers and generating qualified leads for residential and commercial painting projects. In this role, you'll work directly in local neighborhoods, introducing our painting services, building relationships with homeowners, and setting appointments for our team. This is a paid position offering both an hourly wage and additional compensation for qualified leads generated, providing excellent earning potential for motivated individuals. Responsibilities Visit assigned neighborhoods and engage homeowners professionally to introduce our painting services. Identify homeowners who may be interested in interior or exterior painting projects. Collect contact information and schedule estimates or consultations with interested prospects. Educate potential customers about our services, process, and benefits. Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and customer interactions. Communicate regularly with management regarding lead quality and neighborhood feedback. Follow all company guidelines and represent the business professionally at all times. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve lead generation skills. Compensation Competitive hourly pay. Additional pay for every qualified lead generated.
