In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property inspections, educating customers on roofing solutions, preparing estimates, and guiding clients through the sales process from initial consultation to project completion. You'll have access to company-provided leads , sales support, and a company vehicle to help you maximize your success in the field. Key Responsibilities Generate new business through networking, referrals, door-to-door canvassing, and company-provided leads. Follow up promptly with company-generated leads and customer inquiries. Conduct roof inspections and assess customer needs. Meet with homeowners and property managers to discuss roofing solutions. Prepare and present detailed proposals and estimates. Explain roofing products, materials, warranties, and installation processes.. Assist customers with insurance claim processes when applicable. Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Prepare material orders for all sold jobs. Follow up with customers before, during, and after project completion. -Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goals.
