Job Description

Innovative Standards, a visionary sales and development firm, is seeking a Business Outreach Associate to help Kansas City businesses work smarter with AT&T. The Business Outreach Associate will engage businesses in person and showcase how AT&T Business can streamline their operations. Every sale you help facilitate is a win for Kansas City's business community. As a Business Outreach Associate, we'll train you to be the person Kansas City business clients trust to tell them the truth about their connectivity. The Business Outreach Associate helps them navigate AT&T's wireless devices, Business Fiber, cell phones, and VoIP solutions; no sugar-coating, no hidden fees, just honest help. Through ongoing sales training and mentorship, the Business Outreach Associate develops the communication and sales skills needed to support local businesses with confidence. Responsibilities of the Business Outreach Associate Introduce clients to AT&T Business devices, business-grade internet services, and VoIP solutions through in-person sales engagement. Assess business needs related to communication, employee connectivity, and internet performance to develop tailored sales recommendations. Drive marketing and sales initiatives that raise awareness of AT&T Business solutions and create sales development opportunities. Communicate the practical advantages of AT&T's business technology offerings through customer-focused interactions. Build lasting sales relationships with business clients by delivering value-driven marketing and sales support. Help expand AT&T Business market penetration by connecting businesses with scalable communication and connectivity solutions. Participate in ongoing Business Outreach Associate development focused on communication and sales effectiveness. Collaborate with fellow Business Outreach Associate team members to support outreach efforts and overall sales growth. Qualifications of the Business Outreach Associate A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Passion for sales or customer service is a plus, but not required. Ability to explain AT&T cell phones as practical tools for communication and mobility. Skill in presenting Business Fiber as the foundation of reliable internet service. Comfort with sales demos to showcase wireless devices and VoIP tools in approachable ways. Desire to grow professionally as a Business Outreach Associate within a business-focused sales environment.
Pay:
$52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
