This position is responsible for guiding customers through the full sales cycle—from initial inquiry and vehicle selection to financing and post-sale follow-up—while representing the elevated standards of the BMW brand. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through personalized service and follow-up Deliver a luxury, consultative sales experience aligned with BMW brand standards Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles, features, and financing options Conduct vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and product presentations with a high level of expertise Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BMW models, features, technology, and competitive offerings Manage leads through CRM systems and proactively pursue sales opportunities Collaborate with finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer journey Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals Previous automotive sales or luxury retail sales experience preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service Self-motivated with the ability to work in a performance-driven environment Valid driver's license and clean driving record
