Part-Time Bridal Stylist / Sales Consultant (Wichita Area)

What You'll Do Assist brides during their appointments and help them find their dream dress Create a welcoming, elevated, and fun in-store experience Style gowns and accessories to complete each bride's vision Confidently guide brides toward saying "yes" while creating a positive, pressure-free experience Help maintain a clean, organized, and beautiful retail space Support team goals and contribute to a strong, positive culture What We're Looking For Weekend availability (required) Availability for scheduled appointments and events (primarily weekends, with some flexibility) Strong communication and people skills Ability to stay organized and adaptable in a growing environment Retail or sales experience is helpful, but not required Hourly pay + commission opportunities as you grow in the role This Might NOT Be the Right Fit If… You prefer clear direction over taking initiative You struggle with reliability or follow-through You're looking for a low-energy or low-responsibility role A Note From Us We're building something special and are looking for the right people to grow with us.
