Duties Cultivate new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and targeted outreach to prospective clients. Use your transportation and logistics experience to create confidence with your prospects via 'your know how' Manage and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional account management, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying upselling opportunities. Lead negotiations with potential clients to close deals that align with company objectives while delivering value. Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market presence within assigned territories or industries. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness in the B2B space. Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Present compelling proposals and product demonstrations tailored to client needs, emphasizing technical features and benefits. Skills Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or related fields with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders at all levels. Understanding pain issues with your logistics knowledge and expertise so that you can sell to those 'pain points'. Strong business development capabilities with an understanding of marketing strategies that attract enterprise clients. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and sales processes. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to influence decision-makers and lead complex sales cycles. Analytical skills to assess market trends, client needs, and competitive landscapes for strategic planning. Experience in technical sales or selling technology and logistics solutions that require detailed product knowledge.
