https://www.sigmawash.us About the Opportunity Sigma Wash is looking for motivated, outgoing, and self-driven Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to help us grow our customer base in the Kansas City Metro area. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity for someone who is comfortable speaking with homeowners, introducing local services, generating interest, and closing or setting up qualified customers. This role is best suited for someone who wants performance-based income and is confident working independently. This is not an hourly or salaried position . Compensation is paid entirely by commission. Compensation This is a 100% commission-based opportunity . Sales Representatives are paid for qualified customers who purchase services from Sigma Wash, subject to the company's written commission agreement.
Example compensation structure:
$30 per completed and paid one-time service sale 50% of collected revenue on qualifying service sales Additional performance bonuses may be available for high-volume production Commission is paid after the customer's payment is collected and the service is completed, unless otherwise stated in the written commission agreement. There is no cap on commissions. Earnings depend entirely on individual effort, sales ability, territory activity, customer demand, and completed sales. Responsibilities Knock doors and speak with homeowners in the Kansas City Metro area Professionally introduce Sigma Wash and explain available services Identify potential customers who may benefit from our services Generate qualified leads, booked appointments, or completed sales Accurately collect customer information and service details Clearly communicate pricing, service expectations, and next steps Use mobile forms, scheduling tools, customer intake forms, or electronic documents as needed in the field Follow all local solicitation rules, permit requirements, and no-soliciting restrictions Represent the company professionally and honestly at all times Avoid misleading claims, high-pressure tactics, or promises not approved by the company Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is: Comfortable talking to strangers face-to-face Self-motivated and able to work independently Positive, persistent, and professional Interested in commission-based income Reliable with strong follow-up habits Able to handle rejection and continue working Honest, respectful, and customer-focused Comfortable using a smartphone, tablet, or iPad while in the field Experienced in door-to-door sales, canvassing, home services, roofing, pest control, lawn care, solar, security, telecom, or appointment setting is a plus, but not required Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must have reliable transportation Must have a smartphone, tablet, or iPad capable of accessing web-based forms, customer intake forms, scheduling tools, and electronic documents while in the field Must have reliable mobile data or internet access while working in the field Must be able to communicate clearly with homeowners Must be willing to work as a 1099 independent contractor Must comply with all applicable city, county, state, and federal rules related to door-to-door sales and solicitation Independent Contractor Notice This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity , not W-2 employment. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, expenses, transportation, mobile device, data service, equipment, and insurance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
