In this role, you will be the face of our prestigious brand, delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with clients. Your passion for luxury products, combined with your expertise in sales and business development, will drive revenue growth and elevate the customer experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant environment where your sales skills and product knowledge can truly shine. Duties Engage with high-net-worth clients through outside sales efforts, including cold calling and territory management, to generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts Conduct personalized product demonstrations and presentations to showcase luxury offerings effectively Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives to increase market share within assigned territories Manage client accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction, upselling, and long-term relationship building Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for targeted marketing campaigns Lead negotiations to close high-value sales deals while ensuring client needs are met with professionalism and finesse Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional activities and participate in B2B sales efforts to attract corporate clients Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales within the luxury jewelry and fine watches. Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos and technical sales presentations effectively.
