Job Description:
Best Choice Roofing is hiring driven, customer-oriented individuals for a retail sales role. This position is ideal for representatives who prefer working with homeowners already interested in roofing solutions instead of relying heavily on door-to-door prospecting. If you don't have roofing experience, no worries. Paid training included!
What You'll Do:
  • Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Conduct in-home consultations and deliver professional presentations
  • Work a mix of company-provided opportunities and self-generated leads
  • Build trust with customers and guide them through the buying process
