Briggs Auto Group in Topeka is growing and looking for driven Automotive Sales Representatives to join our team! Whether you have previous sales experience or are looking to start a rewarding new career, we provide the training, inventory, and support to help you succeed. What You'll Do Assist customers in finding the right new or pre-owned vehicle for their needs and budget Build relationships with customers through phone, text, email, and in-person communication Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives Follow up with internet leads, showroom traffic, and previous customers Learn and stay up to date on current vehicle features, technology, incentives, and financing options Maintain accurate customer records in the dealership CRM Work closely with management and finance teams to ensure a smooth buying experience Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale Help generate positive customer reviews and repeat business What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong communication skills Self-motivated with a desire to succeed Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Professional appearance and customer-first mindset Basic computer and smartphone skills Sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or automotive experience preferred — but not required Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Why Join Briggs?
