Schendel Lawn & Landscape and its sister company Green Pest Solutions are looking for a friendly, dependable, people-oriented Customer Care & Inside Sales Specialist to help us deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role is often the first impression customers have of our company, and we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and making their lives easier. You'll spend much of your day talking with customers, answering questions, solving problems, scheduling services, and helping customers choose the right lawn and pest solutions for their homes. Sales experience is helpful, but not required — we provide training and ongoing support. What will you do at Schendel Lawn & Landscape/Green Pest Solutions? Handle a large volume of customer phone calls and digital interactions while providing a positive customer experience (75+ calls/day) Identify customer needs and work to resolve issues the same business day whenever possible Answer customer questions regarding billing, scheduling, and services Sell lawn and pest service programs over the phone Follow up with leads and help guide prospective customers through the sales process Make outbound calls to existing customers to recommend additional services Schedule sales appointments and service visits as needed Support teammates when workloads increase and contribute to a collaborative team environment Assist with administrative projects supporting accounting, sales, production, and leadership teams Help create an exceptional experience for every customer interaction If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced team environment, and take pride in being dependable and solution-oriented, we'd love to hear from you.
