Salary Range:
$35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Familiarity with sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) principles. High school diploma or equivalent; some college or a degree is a plus. Responsibilities Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and financial goals. Present and explain various insurance products offered by the agency. Develop customized insurance plans tailored to individual client requirements. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional coverage. Maintain accurate client records and manage sales pipeline effectively. Collaborate with agency staff to achieve team sales targets.
